Refund & Return Policy

At Rashrash Computers, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is in its original, unused condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.
- The product has not been installed, configured, or modified.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Software, digital products, and license keys once opened or activated.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Consumable items (thermal paste, cleaning kits, etc.).
- Custom-built or specially configured systems.
- Products with missing serial number labels or tampered seals.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting support.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Warranty
Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Our team can assist in directing you to the appropriate service center for warranty claims.
